Meet the newest Eckels Orthodontics family member, Dr. Golnaz Kavand!

I am excited to introduce and welcome Dr. Golnaz Kavand, MS, DMD, MSD to our Eckels Orthodontics family. Dr. Kavand recently joined our team to help expand our schedule and offer more flexibility to our patients. Together we will continue to provide the latest advances in orthodontic technology and techniques.

I have always worked to provide you with the best possible care in a fun environment, while utilizing the latest technological advances. My team and I strive to make patients as comfortable as possible, and pride ourselves on the relationships we develop with you and your families. With Dr. Kavand joining us we can do more than ever to care for our patients, serve our community, and leverage new innovations in orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Kavand obtained her Master of Science in dental public health from the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry. She went on to Boston University, Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, earning her doctoral degree with high honors. Dr. Kavand then received a second Master of Science degree in dentistry and a certificate in orthodontics from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. In addition to her degrees, she has received several academic accolades. We are excited to bring her fresh ideas, energy and insight to the table.
